THE HOUSE OF HORRORS
Lwow's inhabitants have the proclamations, posted by the Bolsheviks, torn off from the city's street information boards. Like the news of salvation, they read only those from the German city commandant, who promises to end the torments of their existence by bringing order and safety.

Then, the Nazis followed in the Soviet footsteps - murdering in July 1941, for the beginning, close to fifty scientists from Lwow universities.
